Payment
The booking deposit, which will be confirmed to you when you make your booking, must be paid to Far & Wide Ltd who act as an agent on behalf of us before a booking can be confirmed.
The balance of your holiday must be received in accordance with the agent’s terms and conditions.
Cancellation or Changes By You
Any cancellation or amendment request must be submitted in writing to the agent and the agent will process the cancellation request in accordance with the agent’s terms and conditions. 100% cancellation charge of all monies paid to the agent will apply at all times.
We would request that you obtain suitable travel insurance before booking to cover you in the event of cancellation in accordance with the agent’s terms and conditions.
Cancellation or Changes by Us
We may in exceptional circumstances be required to cancel your booking in which case, except where the following paragraphs apply, a full refund of all monies paid will be made to you in these circumstances. We regret we cannot meet any expenses or losses that you may incur as a result of change or cancellation and we reserve the right to cancel or make any necessary changes.
In the event of a cancellation by us due to FCDO travel advice, or the equivalent governmental travel advice if a non-UK based client, all payments including deposit and balance payments are not subject to a cash refund, we will ask the agent to contact you to discuss other options available. Your monies remain protected and in this circumstance there will be other options available in order to rebook your holiday.
If there is FCDO advice against travel to a destination, or the equivalent governmental travel advice if a non-UK based client, or a local government lockdown at the destination which prevents imminent travel then although refunds are not an option, you will be able to alter your booking and we will allow the agent to discuss a booking deferral with you to a later date or issue you with a credit note to the value of the monies you have paid to the agent to use against our property on a future calendar date, as defined by us. We would request that you obtain suitable travel insurance before booking to cover you in the event of cancellation in accordance with the agent’s terms and conditions.
