After one of our busiest summers ever, we've received many hundreds of reviews. Every single one is read by our overseas and customer service teams to make sure we're really delivering everything we promise and more. Here's what some of our guests had to say about their holiday this year:
Rou Estate, Corfu
We have enjoyed an excellent week at the Rou Estate. Gaynor and all of her staff were there for us, and knew the answer to all of our questions. Such a perfect place for a much needed break, we will definitely be returning. Our housekeeper was excellent, and the grounds and garden just perfect too. The restaurant staff were fabulous as well, we ate 4 meals all of which were delicious. We wish you all a very successful season, I’m sure it will be - the attention to detail, and I mean every tiny detail, was mind blowing. We felt so welcome and well looked after. I’m so looking forward to another visit soon.

Arosmari Village Hotel, Crete
This is the first time in many years that we have booked a package holiday in Europe as we usually make our own arrangements. We certainly will book a Simpson package again. Everything was so easy and all the staff we met delightful and helpful with great tips about where to find the best beaches, restaurants etc. We loved the charm of Arosmari and would return. It gives the best of both worlds - the privacy and independence of your own cottage but with daily housekeeping, a wonderful breakfast and beautiful pool and garden with plenty room for everyone. The evening concert was an absolute treat as was the dinner afterwards.

Mousses Villas, Lefkada
Faultless experience every step of the way. Easy access to pre departure information and customer support. Seamless airport and car hire pick up. The villa and overall setup was perfect for a young family in a lovely well kept setting. Staff were superb - especially Panda behind the bar who knows how to make you feel welcome and all the nursery staff. Can’t wait to go back!

The Boat House, Corfu
Love Simpson Travel every time we use them, brilliant customer service and wonderful properties. Also loved The Boat House in Corfu, our latest jaunt with Simpson. Debbie our local concierge was fantastic. The Boat House is just amazing and we're already looking to book again for next year!

Villa Loukas, Sivota
We had an absolutely fabulous time in Sivota. Villa Loukas is delightful, comfortable, well-maintained and has stunning sea views. We loved being in easy walking distance of some beautiful beaches, lovely restaurants and well-stocked shops. David was friendly, helpful and has a wealth of local knowledge. Overall, a perfect holiday for family fun and relaxation.

We had an amazing memorable honeymoon with Simpson Travel in two beautiful hotels. The concierge teams were so friendly and made our stay incredibly enjoyable with all their knowledge and tips. Everything was simple and easy from start to finish so we’d love to travel with Simpson again!

Villa Alba, Ithaca
Extremely impressed with both Judith and Marion who both went that extra mile to ensure our holiday was perfect. The booking of boat and yacht hire, together with restaurant reservations, gave us a hassle free experience that makes Simpsons stand out from all the other travel companies. The personal touches mean so much - Judith’s homemade marmalade and Marion’s arrival drink! What more could be wished for?

The Bella Mare offered us just what we wanted from our holiday - peace and relaxation in a beautiful location, with great, free-flowing children's activities which our children loved and enabled them to make great friends. A simply perfect family holiday!

An exceptional villa for a family with two below two. Good aircon, lovely dining and entertaining spaces and a 15 min walk into Gordes with its incredible restaurants. The Simpson team was exceptional at ensuring we had everything we needed. Lovely pool and garden with small play area for the toddlers

The Kalkan Regency, Turkey
This is the fifth time we have stayed at a Simpson hotel. They really hit the mark for a family holiday, fantastic locations, gorgeous breakfast included, knowledegable staff. Plus our kids get to meet other kids which means they have an extra special time, making new friends and having fun. Mum and Dad can relax a bit too! 😊

Villa Fiorella, Corsica
An absolutely amazing villa with spectacular views towards Porto Vecchio. We were very impressed with the gluten free Welcome Pack that Claire had arranged for us and likewise the speed and efficiency with which Roberto returned our calls and text messages. Travelling with Simpsons gives us peace of mind that if we need any help it is there for us.
