NEW FOR 2025
The octogenarian owner and designer of this lovely villa has perfected his craft over many years, and we think Loggos View House might just be his best work yet. The villa is clad in the cappuccino-coloured stone so distinctive of Paxos, with simple beamed ceilings supporting the light, bright interiors. White walls provide the perfect backdrop for original and colourful contemporary artworks. It’s chic and totally timeless, just like Paxos itself.
The villa was originally intended as a bigger property before the owner had a change of heart, but the terrace and pool foundations had already been laid out so now you can benefit from an amazingly large outdoor space for just two bedrooms. The pool is a magnificent 20 metres long, without doubt one of the longest on the island, and a great place for some early morning laps or water fun with the kids. The terrace spans the entire length of the house, with a shaded pergola at one end so you can keep an eye on the kids in the pool or indulge in a little scrolling out of the glare of the sun.
Gorgeous Monodendri beach is just a seven-minute drive away, and as the name suggests, your view is over Loggos, arguably the prettiest village on the island, with plenty of tavernas to choose from when it’s time to eat. The proximity of Loggos (2kms) means that this villa does not have the rural tranquillity of many of our other Paxos houses, but for anyone looking for lots of space close to the village, Loggos View is an excellent choice.

Our choice of Greek properties is as diverse as the islands themselves, ranging from simple seaside charm to genuine luxury and style. Much of our portfolio is privately owned, and price alone is therefore not a universal guide. We contract all our accommodation in person, and each property has its individual appeal. To help you make the right choice based on your own priorities, we have devised a simple grading guide to be considered in conjunction with each individual property description, awarding up to a maximum of five stars for the below categories.

Barely eight miles from tip to tail, Paxos is pint-sized perfection. The only way to get here is by boat from Corfu, which rules out mass development and makes room for a true luxury villa holiday experience. Beloved by the boating crowd, there's a definite buzz in the main summer months and an excellent choice of restaurants that cater for visiting flotilla.
There are few better ways of relaxing than on a luxury holiday in Paxos, where days fill up beautifully with sunbathing, swimming, snorkelling and dining in style, the sea just metres from your table. Amble through ancient olive groves and you’ll catch glimpses of startlingly turquoise bays, the dramatic west-coast cliffs or the Epiros Mountains. In spring, there’s also a haze of purple honesty, wild irises and lilies and a sky that’s alive with birdlife, from hawks to skylarks.
Complete the picture with a stay in one of our handpicked luxury villas or our unique Adult Only Simpson Hotels and make the most of this peaceful island.
